Galileo's hyperspectral remote sensing technology can be used for a wide range of commercial applications including environmental, forestry, agricultural and industrial applications.

Environmental applications include mapping aquatic and subaquatic vegetation for lake managers, remote detection of invasive species to help park and property managers. Agricultural applications include citrus canker detection in residential gardens and commercial fields as well as, identification of disease states in essential high dollar field crops such as wheat, barley, corn, and rice. Industrial applications include the detection of gas leaks in surface pipe for methane and petroleum conduits.
